Why pre-order a product?


If you notice that a product is sold out you have the option to either 'notify when in stock' or pre-order your item and pay for it when you check out.  Pre ordering will guarantee that the item will be put aside for you when it is catalogued.  If you pre order you will save money on shipping as your item will be covered in our $9 flat rate shipping policy. 


If you elect to be notified when an item is back in stock you will be emailed but it will be up to you to follow the link and purchase.  You will then place an order and pay any shipping fees due.


When you pre-order a product you are agreeing to purchase a product that is not in stock and DragonflyToys will place the order with our suppliers on your behalf.  We will ship your pre-ordered item to you as soon as possible.  


In general, the dispatch timeframe will be between 1 and 5 days from date of purchase.  In some situations, during peak periods or when our suppliers require longer shipping times, we will notify you of the expected dispatch timeframe.  In the event that the dispatch timeframe exceeds 10 working days from the date of order, you can request a full refund or store credit should you wish.


Where delays in dispatch are caused by natural disasters or significant events that have disrupted shipping and transportation, you will be expected to extend your patience and will not be entitled to a refund or store credit.
