Lay-by Terms and Conditions
Dragonfly Toys does not charge interest for lay-by or promote debt bondage through 3rd party pay later services. We have created this policy to allow customers to purchase and pay off products in 4 equal payments over 4 fortnights.
If you choose Lay-by payment method when checking out you are agreeing to the following terms.
- Dragonfly Toys will not release toys until order is paid in full.
- Dragonfly Toys will send you 4 equal invoices over 4 fortnights.
- The minimum amount for layby is $150.00
- Customers can contact Dragonfly Toys if they wish to pay off sooner.
- You can choose to pay using direct debit or credit card.
- Additional transaction fees will apply. Direct debit will be charged at $0.70 and Credit card at 1.9%
- If you do not pay the entire order off by the time the 4th payment is due your order may be cancelled.
- Dragonfly Toys will charge you an administration fee of 25% of your entire order on all cancelled Lay-by orders.
- If you need to have a payment extension on your Lay-by order, Dragonfly Toys may grant this at its absolute discretion and will consider your payment history, customer profile and goodwill.
- Dragonfly Toys may refuse Lay-by to customers at its absolute discretion.
- Where items are backordered and longer dispatch timeframes apply, the customer will be given the standard options to wait till product arrives, swap item, or a refund on that item.
