Wholefood for Children- Jude Blereau
This book is a wonderful resource for nourishing meals the whole family will love. The "Pot Roast with Many Vegetables" is our family's most requested meal and is often the top choice for birthday dinner, particularly of our oldest son.
Jude Blereau also adds her insights into children from the experience of raising her own child. At a time when my own mother was unable to give me parenting advice, finding Jude's thoughtful advice within her cook book was so welcome.
I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
Wholefood for Children is presented in two parts. First, an informative introduction to the wholefood kitchen and how to build a real food culture for your child. A recipe section follows with more than 165 recipes ranging from breakfasts to lunches and dinners, as well as ultra-convenient portable treats for lunchboxes, and cakes and party food to make for special occasions.
