Family Crafting Day Sunday 31st May
Carol Liknaitzky leads the team, motivated by her love for children, empathy for parents, and joy in doing creative work for the past 40 years. She wishes to enable families to grow new and positive ways in their relationships and their appreciation of each other, by creating together.
She brings with her a team of experienced crafters and artists, who are equally inspired to share their skills and support families in learning together. She will be accompanied by Nikki Fletcher who has a way with wool and felting that turns everyone into an artist and everything into magical expression. She is an educator and has been working with parents and children for many years.
Ed KIng, the willing and wily woodworking whittler, who works with all ages, will show you many ways to craft things with wood – tools, toys or treasures made from found wood with simple hand tools.
