Ordering & PAYMENT
At Dragonfly, we understand that customers have different needs and desires.
We offer several forms of ordering so you can decide what best suits you.

Online
Orders can be made online using our shopping cart. We offer many payment options all of which are safe and secure. We accept payments via PAYPAL, Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Direct Deposit, Cheque and Money Orders. Credit Card payments are made directly through ANZ DirectOne's 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

Email
We also accept orders via email. Simply email orders@dragonflytoys.com.au to let us know what you want,
and your method of payment. We will then contact you with order confirmation and payment details.

Fax or mail
Orders can be made via fax or mail. Simply send your order details, and include payment details
(we accept credit card, cheque, money order or direct deposit): FAX (02) 49 650 258

Please Note: Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately to notify you of this. You can choose to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back-order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered,
the items in-stock can be dispatched to you, and the back-ordered item shipped at our own expense.

Delivery
We use Australia Post Parcel Post for all deliveries. To keep things simple, we offer a flat postage rate of $8.
That way, you know what you will be paying for postage upfront. If Express post is required, please outline this in the
special instructions box, and we will email or phone you with a price.

Exchanges
At Dragonfly we want you to love what you have bought and we recognise that online shopping is different from shopping in a
conventional store. We try to overcome this issue by always providing you with high quality, beautiful products. However, if you recieve the item and it is not quite what you had hoped for, you may return/exchange the item/s under the following conditions:

  1. Contact must be made and goods returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. The product(s) must be as new - unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  2. Call (02) 49 650 258 or email customerservice@dragonflytoys.com.au with the following details: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name/Code, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
  3. You will then be given a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package.
  4. Post the product(s) to Dragonfly, R.A.N. xxxx, 415 Cabbage Tree Road, Williamtown, NSW 2318

Please note: Postage/shipping charges are not refundable and items cannot be returned once they have been used. Please check you order closely when you receive it as returns are not accepted once an item has been used.

Faulty Goods
At Dragonfly we carefully check and package all products with care before sending them out. We are unable to take
responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. In the rare instance that an item is faulty, we request that you contact us via email immediately upon receiving your order. Faulty items must be returned unused and with labels and packaging intact.
A Return Authorisation Number is required before returning any goods. Shipping costs will not be included in refund. Complaints regarding faulty items must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.
We are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

Recycled Packaging
While presentation is important to us, in an effort to minimise waste we reuse boxes and other
packaging materials when sending parcels to our customers.

Privacy
At Dragonfly we are committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. We do not sell,
rent or loan your personal information to others.
